Film & Video - Physical Distribution

You can use our music and sound effects in your video or film and make up to 5,000 units on our Standard License A.

This includes:

DVD / CD-ROM
Blu-ray
USB drive

Make and distribute or sell up to 5,000 physical copies. If you plan to make more than 5,000 units, see our Standard Licenses B to E. If you are unsure, purchase the Standard License A and contact us later when/if you need to upgrade.

Apps / Games / Software

You can use our music and sound effects in your apps, games or software by purchasing our standard license.

Our Standard License A covers:

Free-to-use apps, games or software downloads
Up to 5,000 units of paid-for apps, games or software

If you plan to sell more than 5,000 downloadable products or subscriptions, see our Standard Licenses B to E.

Audio Only Products

Our music and sound effects can be included in your audio-only projects and productions. Our Standard License A includes use in:

If you plan to make more than 5,000 physical or downloadable units, see Standard Licenses B to E.

Other Business Uses:

Standard Licenses B to E

For when you are either:

Making more than 5,000 physical copies of your item containing our music or sound effects.
Selling more than 5,000 downloads or product subscriptions of your item containing our music or sound effects.

Please note: Music or sounds licensed from us cannot be shared, sold, or given away as standalone audio—they must always be used as part of other content, such as a video, marketing message, or voiceover.

Discounts

Discounts may be given to students, Charities and hobbyists judged on a case-by-case basis.

Broadcast Licenses

Broadcast A: TV, Radio & Film

For use as part of programme content, such as incidental or background music. Not intended for advertising, large-scale productions, or cinema distribution.

It can be used in:

Station Idents / Radio Imaging
Programme content / Documentaries (incidental or background music within the production)
Cue Sheets must be completed

Broadcast B: TV, Radio, Film & Distribution

This license includes worldwide, perpetual use in a single low-budget production for TV, radio, streaming platforms, film festivals, cinema, in-context promotion, and up to 500,000 copies on physical media.

It can be used in:

Station Idents / Radio Imaging
In-context trailers or promotional material (not advertising)
Programme content (incidental or background music within the production)
Cue Sheets must be completed

The licensee can reuse in multiple projects subject to our license terms.

Extended License covers: -

Extended License A to C

Please select from Extended license options A to C if you need to produce more than 5,000 copies of your product

For more than 1,000,000 copies please get in touch for a custom quote.

Extended D to E: Regional/National or Worldwide TV & Radio Advertising

These license options include the same uses covered in the standard license but extend its usage to include regional/national or worldwide TV and Radio advertising campaigns.

Usage on local and independent stations is covered by our standard license.

Extended F to G: National or Worldwide Theater / Cinema release (including in-theatre advertising / screening pre-roll)

These license options cover usage in large scale theatrical or cinematic productions.

If your project is a local / small production our standard license will suffice.

Extended H: Household Brands

Please select this Extended license to cover usage by blue chip / household brands. This license option allows for global, ongoing use on all known platforms with a single license fee.
